Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of leaguemugs.com (the "Site") and your purchases from League Mugs ("we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have parental or guardian permission, to purchase.

2. Products and personalization

We sell personalized drinkware. Because items are made to order and personalized, review your personalization carefully before checkout. See our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Your personalization content

You represent that you own or have the right to use any text you submit and that it isn't infringing, unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or obscene. You grant us a limited license to use it solely to produce and ship your order. We may refuse or cancel any order whose personalization is infringing, offensive, or unlawful. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are in USD and may change without notice; the checkout price applies. We are not currently registered to collect GST or BC PST. We may correct pricing errors, refuse or limit orders, and cancel affected orders with a refund. Payment is processed by our third-party provider.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and our designs, logos, mascots ("Champ" and "Chump"), text, and graphics are owned by or licensed to League Mugs. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. Purchase doesn't transfer rights in our designs.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it unlawfully.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue. Nothing limits rights that can't be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are handled in BC courts, except where consumer-protection law lets you claim in your home province.
