Please read this before you order. It explains exactly when we can and can't accept a return.
Why we can't accept "change of mind" returns
Every League Mugs order is made to order (print-on-demand) and most are personalized with your league name, team name, and year. It's printed specifically for your order and customized to you, so it can't be restocked or resold. For those reasons we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for a change of mind, the wrong design, the wrong size, or a typo you entered. Please double-check your design, size, and spelling before checkout.
When we WILL replace or refund
If a problem is on us, we'll fix it free: damaged in transit (cracked, chipped, broken); a print or manufacturing defect (smudged, faded, peeling, misaligned); or the wrong item (wrong design or size, or text misspelled that you entered correctly). We'll send a free replacement or refund, your choice.
How to report a problem
Within 30 days of delivery, email hello@leaguemugs.com with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a short description. If approved, we'll ship a free replacement or refund your original payment method.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help within a few hours of ordering, but once an item enters production we can't change or cancel it.
Your legal rights (Canada and BC)
Nothing here limits your rights under British Columbia's consumer-protection law, including the legal warranty of acceptable quality and any distance-purchase cancellation rights. Questions: hello@leaguemugs.com.
