Every League Mugs order is made to order, so each order goes through two stages: production, then shipping.
Production time
Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days before your mug ships.
Shipping time (after production)
- United States: about 3 to 5 business days
- Canada: about 5 to 10 business days
- International: about 10 to 20 business days (varies by destination and customs)
Total time to your door is production plus shipping. Estimates can vary during peak seasons (draft season and the holidays, so order early).
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking. Allow a day or two for tracking to update.
Shipping costs and taxes
Flat-rate shipping at checkout: US $6.99, Canada $8.99, International $6.99. Free shipping on orders over $50. We are not currently registered to collect GST or BC PST, so no sales tax is added at this time.
Customs, duties and taxes (international)
International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country, which are the recipient's responsibility and not included in our prices.
Wrong address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship at your cost.
Lost or stuck shipments
