League Mugs ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit or buy from leaguemugs.com (the "Site"). We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's PIPEDA and, where applicable, provincial privacy laws including Quebec's Law 25.
1. Accountability
We are responsible for personal information in our control. Our privacy contact: info@leaguemugs.com.
2. Information we collect
- You give us: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone (if provided), and the personalization text you submit.
- Order and payment: order details. We never see or store your full card number.
- Automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, via cookies (see section 6).
3. Why we collect it, and consent
We obtain your meaningful consent to process, produce, fulfill, and deliver orders; provide support; send marketing only if you opt in; and prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time (this may prevent us fulfilling an order).
4. Marketing email and CASL
We comply with CASL. We send commercial email only with your consent, identify ourselves, and include a one-click unsubscribe in every marketing message. Transactional messages may be sent without marketing consent.
5. Sharing and cross-border transfers
We share with Shopify (platform and host), Printful (fulfillment, which receives shipping details and personalization text), payment processors, shipping carriers, and email and analytics providers. Some (including Shopify and Printful) are in the United States, so your data may be stored or processed outside Canada. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Cookies and tracking
Necessary cookies run the cart and checkout. For analytics and advertising cookies we obtain opt-in consent where required.
7. Your rights
You may access and correct your information, withdraw consent, and unsubscribe. Quebec residents have additional Law 25 rights. Email info@leaguemugs.com. Unresolved concerns: the OPC of Canada (or Quebec's CAI).
8. Safeguards
We use reasonable physical, organizational, and technological measures to protect your information.
9. Breach notification
If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we notify affected individuals and the OPC as required by law.
10. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the above purposes and legal and tax requirements, then securely delete or anonymize it.
